Event Planning Process

how does this all work?

first, call and set up a consultation with an event specialist at root stock & quade HQ.

second, do a little pre consult prep!

· gather fabric swatches

· select photos of bouquets that you dig… shape, color, size

· consider the people in the wedding party for bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ect.

· think about your budget

the more decisions you have made prior to meeting, the more productive the time will be. we will discuss your ideas, suggest some of our own and create a complete plan for your day!

third, take a deep breath and enjoy! selecting the décor for your big day should be fun!

A little about the process…

we are committed to creating a vibe that is felt from the moment your guests arrive until the last sip of champagne!

in order to provide personalized service the rsQ team takes on only a limited number of events each week.

after our initial consultation we will provide an itemized estimate. rsQ does not have ‘minimums’ or ‘packages’ as all décor is created for a specific couple/event and each situation is unique. whether it is a few stunning bouquets for a simple ceremony, a lavishly decked out lounge area, or somewhere in the middle, our team takes care to attend to every detail.  our staffing needs for day of delivery, installation and breakdown are included in the design plan and are scaled according to the needs of the venue, timing and complexity of  the décor installation.

We do require a deposit of one half the total to confirm the date with the balance due one week prior to your event. A contract listing the final balance will be sent once the final tables counts, personal flowers and delivery times have been confirmed. Additional items may be billed to your credit card.
